CURATOR
Driven by the principles of inclusivity, accessibility and representation, Waters’ approach to collections, exhibitions and public programs utilises the visitor experience to address complex ideas, diverse experiences, and untold histories.
Waters aims to create safe, inclusive and accessible spaces for audiences, artists and associated communities, and pursues sustainable and collaborative approaches to create them.
Her practice centres visitor experience and activation of all the senses through exhibition design and display. Working closely with artists, community groups, local historians and academics to create innovative interpretative tools for audiences whilst maintaining the integrity of the cultural heritage.
